Shipping and Returns

We ship via UPS (United Parcel Service). Upon receiving your order, we will contact you with your total, including shipping charges. If you're ordering for a church located in Ohio, your tax-exempt identification number must be provided to us before we can ship your products. We will then email your invoice and ship your order. All payments must be received within 30 days of invoice date.

Items that arrive to you broken or defective may be returned for replacement with identical products. Unopened items may be returned for a full refund of your purchase price minus shipping.
